Water please!

Does anyone else have trouble staying hydrated? It's like my body doesn't feel like being thirsty until I'm getting headaches from dehydration. It's seriously a problem. I used to drink so much back in high school, and now as an adult, I have trouble taking care of my body's basic needs. What's up with that?
Seriously, is it because I'm not as active anymore (especially with quarantine)? I should really make it a goal of mine to drink more water... But I've done that several times and usually fail after the first few days. But maybe posting about it will make me realize how important it actually is to feed my body some damn water. Aren't our bodies made up of like 75% water? Without it, I'm basically nothing, haha.
So from now on, I'll make it a point to drink at least one bottle (my water bottle is 32 ounces) before I eat lunch, and one more before I go to sleep that day! Starting tomorrow, hehe. Oh, I did find that getting glass straws (don't be wasteful and use plastic, it's bad for the environment) do help me drink water more. Or at least, they help me increase my intake of water than before and whenever I actually manage to pick up the water bottle to drink. So maybe that's something other people who struggle with staying hydrated can try out. :)
